The rainy season started in June.
The lowest recent number of daily infections was in late June.
The spike is in decline.
There is generally a 17 to 21 day lag between infection and death.

Expect cases to increase five to six months after the last spike, particularly around holidays, with decreased death tolls due to acquired immunity from previous infection.
