Interested in purchasing a Total Gym (d Chuck Norris ting) not to be confused with those gym packs. They were sold by Courts and PriceSmart in the past. Haven't seen them at those stores anymore. Suggestions...

Waste of time.

Get a good-quality rowing machine instead, if you not willing to go with real weights.

most does end up as clothes hanger

i even bought a concept2 rowing machine
hasn’t been used in years
it can be a brutal workout too

It's recommended for an elderly person to assist with physiotherapy...not for body building purposes.

a concept tower takes up about 8ft

Well yeah check fb marketplace fr. I doubt they'll want the bells and whistles too

and if you don't plan on using it either, doesnt make sense to buy a brand new one

a good trainer can make somebody get a good workout doing some basic exercises, eg balance stuff

Humans were designed to move in all ways. Exercise Machines are a recent invention

And even still. You can mimic certain machine funtions with basic equipment

On a side note, if anyone looking for brand new in plastic, 7ft, 45lbs Olympic Barbells, I got two extras.....selling for 1400 each......better price for the pair.
