Parts for old cars.

Postby sparkles13 » March 21st, 2023, 11:57 am

Hello ppl. I am in the process of building a project car. A Mitsubishi Galant 1600. I need to get 2 left side doors. Any suggestions on where I can find parts for it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately you'll have to check throught he classifieds or drive around looking for wrecks to get those doors, and assuming it's a left front and rear you need.

Bamboo, Penal (Bicks and those kinds of places) and the classified ads are places I would consider.

Old car worries, eh.

I've seen people reuse parts of the frame and build a skin with fibreglass.
I've also heard that SMI presses parts, but you'll have to call them to see if this can be done.

I also heard about using the fibre glass. But
still trying to see if I can find the parts. This will be a challenge I know.
