How do persons really get through for employment in TCL as a Labourer? What's the salary like for a labourer in TCL?

Alot of the labor used at TCL is outsourced so always better to hook up with those companies to get in.

Yep, and you have to have basic certification and be registered in their "CLEVER" database to enter the plant to do any work. So you need to go through a manpower supply company to start as a labourer or any labour intensive role in there. Most of the TCL staff are technical/mid-management/management.
