Local cheese, you say? Where are we getting that, pray tell?

Orange pine tin juice and sponge cake
Orchard orange drink and cheezees or cheese sticks
regular oreos and lemon iced tea

ever try fresh cut up apple and local cheese?

Meant parlor cheese - the regular cheese we get locally.

1. chunk tuna + chunk apple pieces

2. sweetened condensed milk + evaporated milk (==instant diabetes drink)

3. peanut butter + jam + cheese

4. paratha roti (ie, buss-up-shot) + melted chedder + parmesan (like a buss-up-shot pizza)

5. toasted cake slices + jam

6. white bread and cucumber slices

7. dahi and almost anything (i've been known to pour dahi on pizza)

8. a pinch of salt in coffee

9. a bit of butter in coffee

Orr, LOL. Parlour cheese used to be real good long ago. Now, it is rubbery. But I like your combinations.

doh laugh, but when I gone away to study I did miss local cheese. I remember travelling far to one ah them trini areas in NYC and buying cellophane wrapped "TRINIDAD CHEESE."

All them foreign-brand cheese was different until I finally try "mild white cheddar" and realize that was the type of cheese what we accustomed with on the island. Just look for "mild white cheddar" in whatever brand available

I only buy the English Cheese Company -White Mild Cheddar now. But it so expensive that I can only buy it 2 for 1. Taste real good.
