Looking for advice on the best tray covers

Postby bussupshot » August 12th, 2024, 10:30 pm

Good night,

Looking to get a tray cover for my Hilux Revo 2023, just wondering what you guys think is the best cover from your experience.

I was looking to get one of these but not sure which would be the best choice.
1) Roll n Lock - manual, not seeing anyone selling the electric version
2) Aeroklas electric
3) Hamer electric

In terms of leakage (I am hearing all covers have some level of leakage) and durability which of these covers would you recommend.

Thanks

I'd recommend the Aeroklas electric tray cover. It's known for being durable and having minimal leakage issues. However, it's essential to note that all covers may have some level.

Hey, I’ve had the Roll n Lock manual cover on my truck for a while, and it’s been pretty solid. That said, I’ve heard good things about the Aeroklas and Hamer electric covers, especially if you want something more convenient. As for leakage, you’re right, all of them will let in a little water, but it’s not usually a huge issue unless you’re in really heavy rain. Durability-wise, I think Aeroklas holds up well, but it really comes down to whether you prefer the manual or electric option. If you don’t mind a bit of extra effort, the Roll n Lock is still a great choice.
