QD32 4x4

Goodday Tuners,

Recently bought a QD32 4x4. I dont use the 4wheel that much, unless going to garden when the rain falls, or hitting a river or beach.

Its the model where i need to lock the wheel from the outside before engaging the 4x4.

I engaged the 4x4 yesterday, as i try to use it at least twice a month to ensure it is working.
upon engaging and putting the van in reverse i heard a loud knock in front right by the 4x4 drive shaft.

Had anyone ever experience this before? if so does anyone has an idea if what the issue can be, or is it common noise to hear?

Just one knock ans that's it....the 4 wheel works as powerful as ever.

It's more than likely a small variation between the meshing of gears, from the transfer case troughs the DS to the front diff, and opposition by the wheels on the ground, so that noise was just everything finding the correct timing
