It might be a simply swapping of the hub, but I can't say for sure.
Maybe if you could take apart your hub, and then compare it to a 5-hole hub, have the mechanic look at it.

u can...

1. get a 6 to 5 hole spacer kit, but this will affect the offset of the rims u using, bonus of this is the van remains original, no tampering with warranty, and for re-sale it in order as original.....

2. re-drill the rear hubs and axles and press over the studs, may have to weld them to lock them in, and look for the bongo 5-hole front suspension and see if it it can work on ur pick up....
u most likely will not be able to drill the front hubs( u have to scrap it out and see), some 6-hole hubs are hollow or have 6 low points, so drilling 5 holes dont work out at all....

we did this one on a hiace, bought a 5-hole front suspension and LSD diff, reason being cause we needed both rear wheels having traction, but we lost the ABS in doing so, the LSD diff and the 5-hole front suspension did not have ABS,

3. if the rims have a solid centre where the holes are, u can re-drill the rim, V&S has the machine to do this, or most modern machine shops can handle that for u....
