QD32 gearbox problem...urgent help thankful

Hey guys,

i got a problem with my QD32 4x4 gearbox....

while idling i'm hearing a knocking, dont matter what range the 4x4 gear is in...however when i press down the clutch the knocking stops...when i release it stats again...

any ideas? or this ever happen to anyone?

Droppd the gear box.....apprently it was the pilot bearing...the bearing was bad, so when the shaft which connects the gearbox to the engine connects pilot bearing it was knocking due tothe bad bearing.

the release bearing was actually in pretty good condition.

I guess for the future it will be helpful to guys if they ever get this issue.

from what my mechanic told me the release bearing only makes noise when you are releasing the clutch pedal when pulling off.

release bearing also makes noise at idle. depressing the clutch sometimes helps
