Hilux White smoke after injector service.

Carried my perfectly working van to service the injectors and half way through the service the van started smoking an bad idling. Mechanic told me that the injectors was failing already but since we cleaned it , that just showed up the problem more . To me this statement seems like crap but what am i to do now since he does not want to take responsibility ....should i pursuit legal actions or was it really the failing injectors ?
Note the fuel filter was changed 6000km ago and always using amzoil cetane booster and injector cleaner.

My predicament also is trouble shooting the problem.....is a faulty injector at fault or is there some sort of seal leak .
Also was suggested that it might be an injector tip and that can be serviced or replaced since replacing the whole injector would be costly.
