Clicking Noise - Kia Sorento 2017

Postby goalpost » September 28th, 2018, 10:14 am

Wife's Kia Sorento is about 1 year old, mileage about 20,000km.

Anyways, she (and I) hearing a sort of clicking noise when turning the steering wheel (both to the left and right), while reversing (so at very low speed).

During normal driving, going forward, I not hearing anything.

I refuse to believe it's a CV joint going bad already.

1. Anyone has an idea what it could be?
2. If it is something like the CV joint, can this be replaced under warranty? I know it's a wear & tear part, but a CV joint (or something similar) should not go bad at 20k.
