2010 TUCSON instrument panel Display

The gears display on the dash sometimes disappear...when I restart the car the display comes back
No code come up when a diagnosis is done,
Any ideas...

More than likely it's the panel itself that needs changing (instrument panel)

It was the Inhibitor switch

Same problem here....how/where did you go about getting it fixed and what was the cost?
