that was the worst utd performance i've seen in a while. heads gonna roll in the dressing room for sure. nani, evra, carrick wtf

very, very fortunate to come out still in a decent position thanks to the retarded away goals rule. and how scholes remained on the field for 90 mins is beyond me.

rooney limping at the end hopefully he misses the chelsea game on saturday :D

Before he study how Rooney might be out for a while

United never really got going despite scoring so early in the game and Rooney, who never really looked fully fit, may have suffered a serious injury in the build-up to the goal.

Van de Sar wuk harder than a piper thiefing TSTT copper wire. Could have been about 5-1 if Bayern finished better.

how i missed that boy? I saw when Dimi came one but I missed Valencia completely and I can;t even remember seeing him contribute anything

Van Gaal probably light some rocket under dem players bamsees at the half cause them men came out transformed and they overwhelmed Man U. With all the pressure they were applying and the chances they were creating they deserved the win but they way Evra give away the ball for that 2nd goal bunnin meh belly...

Vermaelen rules out Messi fear factor

"We are not focussed on individuals, because we have to play our own game and play as a team," Vermaelen declared. "You are aware of the qualities of the opponents, but you also know what your own strengths are.

Real talk. Fabregas facing a late fitness test, hope he makes it. Should be a great game.

Poor performance...players seemed totally out of focus, almost an exact repeat of the Barca final last year...

Fletcher and Nani were the main culprits, constnatly giving away the ball...i have no idea why Valencia wasnt introduced earlier...

2-1 is a pretty good score going into the home leg at OT...away goal is massive...
The main concern is Rooney...without him Utd are going to struggle against Chelsea and Bayern, and there's a VERY good chance they won't get through without him...he looked jaded all game as well, and you could see he was always hesitant when close to a defender...

That's the biggest concern for Utd...you're always prone to get a game like today when nothing clicks...to come out with a 2-1 loss is actually a good result...fingers crossed for a quick Rooney recovery, cause slowmo showed a nasty twist...

Looking forward to an exciting ground ball passing game matchup tomorrow!
