It works but there are keyboard bugs....pioneer would release an update (they are always slow on updates)
Get the appradio 3 or NEX 4000 series if you dabble in both IOS and android.
if you are a IOS person alone then get the NEX 5000.....it comes with built in NAV and you only have to remove the physical button plate for security if parking in questionable areas.

Going for the 4000NEX locally , i heard the 5000NEX nav won't work in trinidad, also apple maps nav don't work down

Waze works well with the 2014 AVH series too in App Mode with my iPhone 6. Just no CarPlay support apparently..

Watched a review and the guy loved it even though he went in with with very low expectations. It should work with waze etc on the iphone, just need to get cables.
