Don't care what is the current fashion fad/s. Overly tight pants hanging on, or off of your arse could never appeal to me. 501's or similar type jeans, with 550 shorts or similar from since. Slightly fitted tees, Oakley or Billabong, not for brand per se, but comfort, with regular ( meaning less than 3 colours) sneakers.

Trinbagonians do "dress-up" a lot sometimes to their detriment, in that they over do it with respect to the "brands". I remember when some folks were embracing the Micheal Kors thing and were over doing it often wearing and entire ensemble of MK, from the dress to shoes and accessories. Too much.

Still though we do dress well was a group, true some of the ill dressers tend to be because of our class conscience society and some folks see the need to either show off or compensate.

With regards to the fashion posted at the begining I haven't seen much folks dressed like that I am not stereotyping but if you want to see that style check the NW peninsula of Trinidad. You may even see a man with a satchel.

I see it in Florida usually around summer and no not just the "yuppies" but the young and upwardly mobile, or just plain fashion conscious, many times you look into these shops and the men aren't the ones shopping. The women are shopping and corraling the men to try clothes on, "...don't leave the dressing room I saw another one for you to try on...".

Still I will say men are spending a lot more time "primping" not a bad thing if it encourages good hygiene and health, when they start wearing make-up well....okay then.
