iPad air has a nice reduction in weight but seems a lot like an 'iPad 3rd gen' leap to me, I would have been sold if they upgraded the rear camera to 8MP and put in a fingerprint sensor.

Better cam would have been nice.


I don't feel the need to upgrade to a new iPad but interesting to see how it does with heat during heavy use.

camera on an iPad is not so important IMO but definitely they should have put fingerprint there too

Yes, but they are still in the process of obtaining the license for mobile tethering and there's no estimation as to how long that will take.

seriously though, i would have been surprised if Apple charged money for Mavericks.

it's on par with Microsoft's update to Windows 8.1. no real set of new features to justify charging money...
