Did anyone see a huge black object cross the top of the moon, from south to north, about 9:10 p.m. this evening.

It was the weirdest thing.

It was not the ISS nor any of Musk's satellites. Those have lights. The ISS is in low earth orbit so it is easy to see when it crosses over T&T.

It was not an ordinary satellite because those pass reflecting the sunlight.

This was totally strange. I discounted clouds because of the way it moved. I have never seen anything like that in my life.

And of course no pictures because by the time I got the camera up, it had already crossed and disappeared into the hazy northern sky.

Interesting times we live in.

I always laughed at or ignored claims of UFO's, alien abductions, documentaries etc etc. Today that changes - Pentagon has released videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTvm_xDVaDI) of UAP's (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena), based on research by AATIP. Pentagon will be releasing a report that details findings, which are summarized as follows:

1) Instantaneous acceleration: 300-600G's
2) Hypersonic velocity: 8k - 11k mph
3) Low observability
4) Transmedium travel: air, water, space
5) Anti-gravity

The US claims these UAP's display characteristics if inventions that are not from the US inventory nor from the inventories of the US's allies and enemies.

Also, the Israeli-American theoretical physicist, Avi Loeb who works on astrophysics and cosmology at Harvard University, has released a book "Extraterrestrial" about "Oumuamua", the UFO that entered our solar system in September 2017 and exited at a trajectory that is inconsistent with the behavior of space debris, defying the Sun's gravity and accelerating to a speed of 58,900mph.

Strangely, between 2017 and 2021 the world received evidence from 2 credible sources about the existence of "Life Beyond Earth". Because of the numerous movies, documentaries, comics etc on aliens, the world has become de-sensitized to extraterrestrial life, so if an alien shows up to your door tomorrow, you won't be surprised. But think about the scenario when/if it does happen, what will you be curious about, what questions will you have for them and what are the implications about our religious belief systems, upgrades for humanity etc.

BTW - Werner Von Braun was the German scientist who placed Americans on the moon. That did happen. However, I don't think Armstrong , Aldrin and Collins were too happy to find out that they may not have been the first.
