You ever notice the same thing goes on with the power lines on the Beetham?
There are "DIY" lines run from the 110V lines down to the ground then to the houses (look for the crocodile clips on the T&TEC mains). And this in plain view of everyone going to POS everyday.

freaking b.s. as far as I'm concerned....

some of my family in siparia havent gotten water in their pipes since July....the making do with rain water for the while....

yet 50% 0f our treated water disappears in leaks... :evil:

This only occurs south of the caroni river and hence is not considered part of trinidad and their 20/20 vision.

Come on ppl, get with the government programme.

This is normal in south; normal to see three /four cars lined up by the standpipe to fill water in bucket just before nightfall.
