A guy broke a major road and hit my car, disabling it in the process so it was parked in front my mother's house where someone stole the plates so if you see PBL 8562 driving around and it's not a black toyota carib sprinter wagon, know that it is a stolen vehicle and call the police cause the occupants would most likely be up to something illegal.
