P11 help

Postby GameOver » September 30th, 2010, 10:44 am

OK peeps.. I hit a big hole - hard!! deploy airbag and stuff.
Replacing suspension parts now and lower cradle wont bolt up. Mech said the suspension sub frame is bent. He claims there is no chassis damage and i could just buy a new frame. I have a post in the classified looking for one and will check bamboo weekend. But what i really want to know is -how bad is this really? Am i going to always have issues? cutting tires and vibrations? who could i take the car too - a reputable collision shop? how costly might this be if it needs to be pulled?
just looking for some feedback from anyone that ever had an experience like this?

I have a partner who experienced something similar to you. He changed his sub frame and the car worked like a charm. No cutting tires an no vibrations whatsoever.
