wtk-changing dashboard colour

ok,so i have a car with a blue interior but i want to change it to black,fabric colour is not the problem its the plastic materials on the dash and door panels,can that be painted and who can do this?

yup it can be painted....ne painter could do that..jus make sure they pastic prime the parts first..
