Advice on buying a corolla ... foreign used or local used ??

Postby fokhan_96 » October 7th, 2012, 11:24 pm

I would like to know if is better to buy one of those foreign used corolla (axio) or a local used (NZE141R) would be better ... i know that a local used NZE141R is about 10-15K more expensive than a foreign used corolla axio ... Is is worth the extra money ?
Another thing, has anyone started bringing down any foreign used NZE141R yet ?? ... cuz is 3 years now they release that model ??

there's no way to check to transmission oil level. so even before you purchase the car you dont know how much oil it has, there is a bolt under the air filter box where you can put the new oil in until it reaches the top, but doesnt necessarily means it is full or within the minimum amount... it is a risk.

there's always the manual...the 4wd has a normal ect, but then the shortage of parts for the rear suspension...

dont be fooled by anyone who says that there are lots of parts. just make a few calls to any scrap yard or parts shop...
