Returning residents importation rules

I would like as a returning resident bring in my SS Camaro 2014 convertible . It has the LS3 which has been tuned by Janetty Racing pushing 600+RWHP. I don't want to let it go. The main questions are;


What is the fuel octain rating at the pump here?
What are the current returning resident rules and costs?

I think super is 92 and premium is 95. Nt sure bout the importation rules tho

Thx 4 d reply; 92/95 seems a little high, I am not sure if ethanol is added which may alter rating. Why I ask is this is very close to what I run at 93 and I probably need a re-tune on the ECM. I hopeful to find more detail and wouldn't want to add additives for daily use.
