Bought a 43" samsung 4K smart TV sometime last year. Wasn't too bad at the time, paid about $4100.

I think he's specifically asking about OLED tv's
Most other TV's including 4K TV's are LCD panels, including Samsung's QLED.
On LCD panels, the light comes from the back or sides of the panel of pixels.
OLED is a different technology, each pixel is a light, which makes for a much better picture, better colours, deeper blacks etc.
Though LG, Sony, Panasonic etc have OLED TV's, all their OLED panels are made by LG.

OP check Standards, I know for sure they have the Samsung QLED, so they may also have the LG OLED.

GB doesn't have any OLED - they have the QLED 55" for 12k (price check Nov 22nd)

Samsung Qled is still a quantum dot LCD
You'll need to buy an LG of you want an oled
