In the early hours of the morning on Wednesday 31st July, 2024, Team Speedway touched down at the Piarco International Airport in Trinidad after more than a week of testing, tuning and racing in Panama. With the great effort and determination displayed by our newly crowned Champion, young Zachary Boodram at the GT Challenge of the Americas at the Autodromo Panama, a memorable welcome was most fitting.

TTASA’s President, Mr. Ashton Eligon, Honorary Treasurer, Mr. Jody Ali and Competition Chairman, Mr. Rae Smith were present to welcome and congratulate Zachary and his team on their massive achievement. A special token was also presented to Zachary on behalf of the Association to commend him on his victory in Panama.

It is indeed a proud moment for the Motorsport fraternity as we celebrate with Zachary and his meritorious representation of the red, white and black, just as his father, Franklyn Boodram and grandfather Frankie Boodram have done over the past 40 years.

We look forward to the next chapter in Zachary’s motorsport career and will continue to support him, together with his team as they represent Trinidad and Tobago.
