Can't describe it, but that Bolivia always stood out in my mind. I guess because they were pushing to the extreme limits.. Definitely one of the best for me.

that was a lot to choose from... but I've always enjoyed the Bolivia, Botswana & Vietnam specials

USA special hands down, Bolivia in 2nd place.

Remember the USA special was the episode that essentially catapulted Top Gear into 'entertainment program' like status.

US special because of they interacted so much with the locals, really enjoyed their old cars and did some unbelievable things (cow on car)
Then cheap limousine challenge in third for me. Had me laughing till near death.
