To all of us in dis fast street car ting, Yuri is no new player. He too
is an old Sunny boy. That's right, all his old Nissan Sunny needed was
wings. Old habits never die. Now, his new project, a '94 Civic Si is probably
the fastest non- turbo street Civic around. Thanks to his friends and
the guys at Climate Control Ltd., who are really the incentive behind
the car performing the way it presently is. Maximum respect to the professionalism
of Tuner-TOLA , without whose mechanical skill this project would not
have been possible. At a recent private drag, we witnessed the car in
acton with its racing slicks bolted on. It was indeed impressive, running
comfortable in the high 13's and dominating the days play.
Yuri says this project is only just started and could safely say that
he is not even close to
50% of the plan , which in the short term will be realised.
