BCRLtd, I'm being an honest critic and don't take it wrong in any way, I have seen the work you are doing and the welding and intercooler and manifold jobs are excellent, the only thing I think would make the job a complete one is on the exhaust manifolds. Just checking through your site and came across this,
Image
The flow is really restrictive, just a suggestion, you should have the four pipes fully fitted to the flange and not under the flange opening, meaning the center where the pipes join should all be trimmed so that the inner circumference of the flange should be housing the four pipes. Making a collector pipe setup is key for a good flow for exhaust gasses. Take a look at this guys work just to give an idea, as I think someone like yourself may be open to some useful criticsm and I know it will help the gases flow better and in the end the turbo to spool better as well.

I appriciate your comments but I would advise that you do a little more research on my pic site since I am sure you have not seen the actual manifold. You would see that all the runners are directed into a collector where the external wastegate is plumbed. Now the 4 into 1 merge before the collector is a good idea for Smaller applications, I just delivered a 4EFTE Tubular Turbo Manifold where I had to merge the runners as you suggested.

Thanks for the Comments. I will build my next Manifold like This by Peak Boost

Cheers and keep up the good work  . On another note if you're gonna be doing the PeakBoost Mani, there is a flaw in that the external wastegate pipe keeps cracking, easy fix,

Cheers, the weight of parts and strains from the exhaust shifting has a part to play with exhaust mani studs becoming slack, exhaust manis cracking etc.

Stainless Steel is Material used in those turbo Manifolds. Thier rate of expansion is high and if You do not use the correct wall thickness and welding procedure they tend to crack. I am using Mild Steel Schedule 40 bends, they do not have that problem but are a bit heavier that the exotic cracking manifolds.
