The flow is really restrictive, just a suggestion, you should have the four pipes fully fitted to the flange and not under the flange opening, meaning the center where the pipes join should all be trimmed so that the inner circumference of the flange should be housing the four pipes. Making a collector pipe setup is key for a good flow for exhaust gasses. Take a look at this guys work just to give an idea, as I think someone like yourself may be open to some useful criticsm and I know it will help the gases flow better and in the end the turbo to spool better as well.

Cheers, the weight of parts and strains from the exhaust shifting has a part to play with exhaust mani studs becoming slack, exhaust manis cracking etc.
