nah man Kronik yuh wayyy off base there
In many of the the off road whatsapp groups they use to regularly share the information and ask who is interested in being part of the meetings and convos , eventually a few guys stepped up because who have time to go a set of meetings with license officers
but its no way like how you describing it.
if yuh wanted yuh voice heard no one was stopping you, but don't expect other people to voice your concerns or needs if you not taking the time to do it yourself.
