Well you'd need to spend about $500 for a good aftermarket catch can... then you'd need to buy some lines to and from it.... You can fabricate one for less as hondab20b listed...

The line out of the tappet cover is not a return line... (unless it has a top mounted PCV valve) that line is to draw fresh air into the tappet cover.... you do not install a catch can there. When putting in a catch can, what many people do is put a breather filter on the tappet cover nipple which allows it to draw air in directly and also prevents the intake piping from sucking in oil under high pressure conditions. Some ricers like to put on the breather for style and not run a catch can...hehehe

pretty much... but a breather filter is not a must once the intake is connected to the tappet cover. Honestly IMO, N/A engines need the breather more than turbo ones too....

im worried about throwing oil into the intake pipe though... so thats why i wanna dsconnect the hose and run the filter...

we FI engine dont need to breath as much?

Reason I said FI don't need it as much is that the high pressure under boost would restrict the oil from pushing thru the intake hoses. But either way that's neither here nor there since you could theorhetically get the blow by pressure after lifting off the throttle... lol
