The line out of the tappet cover is not a return line... (unless it has a top mounted PCV valve) that line is to draw fresh air into the tappet cover.... you do not install a catch can there. When putting in a catch can, what many people do is put a breather filter on the tappet cover nipple which allows it to draw air in directly and also prevents the intake piping from sucking in oil under high pressure conditions. Some ricers like to put on the breather for style and not run a catch can...hehehe
