Since last week things have slowed with WS. Guess its because of the extra black friday load to deal with. Had a package reach miami on the 28th and it is still stuck there.

First time using Aeropost, thought I'd post the time it took. I actually got it this Monday but Aeropost seems to update your package info 24 hours later in my case. So 13 days in total to when I got it.

Go pick it up if you can, dont wait for delivery after so long.

Jetpak seems quicker at putting your package on their system once received but all of them sticking right now.

I feel they need more courier bonds to speed up clearance.

This is strange because in my area sando the jetpak driver said he is here everyday, so I had missed him one day and he came the next day and dropped off my package

Check to see if your account is set to pickup or delivery because something is wrong. My package that cleared last night is out for delivery today.

Best thing to do is go pick it up. Driver just called and said he is on the way to deliver my package

I just got a call from Jetpak after I went on their FB page and complained that I will not be using them ever again and that it is unacceptable.
The woman asked when I coming to collect it, I said I was expecting delivery. Her response was’ Oh really’. Then she asked if delivery is in my profile. I said yes. She said ok she will see abt delivery and that was end of call.

I thought that Oh really comment was not called for. I was not rude to her. So let me see how long it takes.
