She needs to prove she owns the land via a valid deed. She must have an updated deed since 1901.Chimera wrote:pugboy wrote:down there might actually be real long time crown deeds too

if is 1901 she talking about her family occupying from then it hadda be old thing like that
she keep talking about they occupying and working the land from since the beginning and theres plenty of land that has rules behind you having possession
in Carlsen field half of the area if for agriculture, half is for live stock
if you doing live stock on the agri land thats grounds to lose it and vice versa
when state land was regularizing people years ago they were making them sign an agreement with a set of onerous clauses if you wanted your deed, things like if they want back the land they just hadda give you a month notice, if you light bush fire on the land thats ground to lose it, if you rent it to anyone for agriculture/livestock usage thats ground to lose it, if you dont keep it constantly planted/ stocked with animals thats grounds to lose it
i would really like to see her documents and how bicks end up with that land under court judgment
I actually have one of those deeds with minerals rights and it still stands today.pugboy wrote:down there might actually be real long time crown deeds too

Or maybe bricks need to show his deed.
As u spoke about lawyers taking both sides. I had a lawyer that tried to play me for the other lawyer. He kept delaying, saying he's getting things done, and it was taking long tying to milk me.The_Honourable wrote:zoom rader wrote:She needs to prove she owns the land via a valid deed. From the video she has the typical deed so is common law lands which is notorious for persons to commit fraud, and Mayaro is a big target these days. If it was RPO, she would have been safe. Then again, it was in court so more than likely her deed or share or entitlement was set aside. I would not even be surprised her own attorney was with the other side.
Hoping the judgement gets posted online on ttlawcourts so we can fully understand what happened.

I personally know the family (inlaw family). The documents she has are real, not squatting thing. Alot of people get mess up in that because the land they were to get, gone to Bicks in his bobol court antics. He bribing the right people to get the rights to the land.
She was selling land and subdividing to give to her grandkids long before this man come to seize people thing.
