Initially I thought the drain driver was trying to overtake and seriously forked it up.

but watching the video again, the driver in front did stop a lil sudden. Looks like the guy behind was distracted or caught unawares and couldn't brake in time, so he panic swerved and "lost control of his vehicle" and ended up in the drain.

The lady that came out was in the passenger seat, so is likely she was nagging the man or something and is she fault. but it cyar be she fault so other driver hadda get an earful

Nah that woman looked like she sped up and swerved after the car in front of her stopped to get in front of the car and avoid being stuck behind that car in traffic. Woman in the wrong here obviously. But as usual no taking of accountability and that other car driver is the fault.

PBR is open eastbound as a result of the congestion.

PBR was open since 3pm. But it still have more than usual traffic coming out of POS. So it hasn't been cleared yet?

Yea don't fall for it if your papers not straight.....they checking everything,they are literally doing indepth inspection of vehicles right now. Tires, horn, indicators, wipers, windscreen, possibly blood pressure screening too. Lure everyone into the open PBR then hold back everybody with inspection etc. Anything they could find except to write up except being on the pbr is what's going on right now.
