This is first time in the history of this country I'm seeing so many amnesties.....the bank doesn't give amnesties, imbert is boasting how much money the amnesties are bringing in the short run but let's look at the look run, indirectly you are telling employers you don't have to make timely statutory deductions for your employees and just wait for the next amnesty to come around
