T&TEC CWA Login issues

Postby redmanjp » May 6th, 2025, 10:31 am

apparently TTEC changed their login website and now it's at https://portal.ttec.co.tt/auth/login

however i can't seem to login with either my previous username, nor email. anyone else getting problems logging in?

when i try to reset, they supposed to send an email- no email being sent

You have to create a new account, and once you signed in you can import your T&TEC account from the old CWA or you enter the T&TEC account manually.

Signed up and imported with no issues.

No, if you had an account from before with cwa, it has to be imported/linked to this new account. If you now registering for online service, just add the account

Followed the instructions and it was simple.

Sign up for new account
Login to new account
Merge CWA account was an option listed up top
It asked for the old system username and password.
Boom, linked.

I was expecting a 30 minute fix, but they rolled it out pretty well.

Not my first choice to let the consumer merge the account but I guess it’s a numbers game and if they had to do it time would have been against them.

i dont think they would have needed to do it manually 1 at a time lol - just do an import for all
