Turned out to be both the victim and the bandit who was fighting over the gun and it went off. Victim identified as Mario Maraj so he would be 144.

I'm trying to maks sense of this. So one bullet killed two men?

Or is it that the victim was shot before the wrestling of the gun, after which bandit was shot and killed and then the victim unfortunately surrendered to the wound(s) inflicted upon him?
