Correct, Russia has a GDP smaller than Texas or even Italy, they are using mostly outdated rusted junk from the Soviet Era, the main advantage Russia has is they have a lot of junk in storage and in war numbers is what usually wins which is why Russia has been tossing young men into the meat grinder sometimes unarmed or 1 rifle for every 3 men a tactic they used to defeat Germany in WW2, the political commissars would execute any Russian backing away from German bullets they would have them charge in with a bayonet and no bullet using them as human shields.

Russia is incapable of standing up to a country like Poland or Finland they may be able to beat smaller Baltic states without Article 5 but Poland or Finland would bulldoze Russia in any conventional war.
