In 1920 the creation of the Hakana a terrorist militia formed by Zionist settlers that conducted numerous massacres of Palestinians with the goal of driving them off their land by force and seizing their properties, paving the way for an Israeli State.
By 1936 Jewish immigration into Palestine reaches its peak more than 350,000 Jews had migrated to Palestine over the course of just a couple decades mostly from Europe boosting the Jewish population in Palestine from roughly 3% in the late 19th century to over 30%.
Pressure mounts as indigenous Palestinians deal with land dispositions and economic hardship due to the massive influx of Jews and subsequent demographic shift leading to the 1936 to 1939 great Arab Revolt Palestinian stage an uprising fighting for their land and livelihoods
Brutal suppression at the hands of British troops over 5,000 Palestinians are killed and nearly 15,000 wounded. British forces demolish Palestinian neighborhoods and impose a harsh military occupation.
By the 1940s new Zionist terrorist militias the Irgun and the Stern gang emerged alongside the Haganah. They target British forces and Palestinian civilians using violence to force Britain's hand.
In 1946 The Irgun bomb the British administrative headquarters in Jerusalem's King's David Hotel kill 96.
In 1947 the UN steps in with its partition plan on November 29 1947. The intergovernmental body proposes partitioning Palestine into two states one Jewish and one Christian Arab and Muslim Arab but allocates over half of the land to the Jewish minority which owned less than 7% of Palestinian land, ignoring Arab opposition.
(On 30th November 1947 Palestinian irregulars carry out the Fajja bus attacks ki;lling 7 Jewish people. One attack killed 5, and another killed 2.)
(In December 1947 Arabs carried out the Jerusalem Riots, killing 80 Jews and injuring 70).
In 1948 Zionist militias commit at least 30 documented massacres at the start of what becomes known as The Nakba or the catastrophe.
The April 1948 Deir Yassin Massacre is the most notorious among them, the Irgun and the Stern Gangs slaughter more than 100 Palestinian men, women and children in the village of Deir Yassin two days later the Haganah illegally occupied what remains
In May 14 1948 Zionist leaders declare the establishment of the state of Israel and just one day later the US recognizes Israel as a state.
I added in some of the retaliations of the Arabs above as this was not one sided.

Gaza declared war on Israel on Oct 7
So no they are not all the same.
One of those has belligerents the others has people just were going about their lives.
Except this didn’t start on Oct 7
Oct 7th was a retaliation
The Arabs start a war then lose, then cry, then repeat all over again!!
We haven't seen the last of fighting there.
Why did those Arabs start that war?
Didn't happen then and hasn't happened since.
What is different from Balfour and Radcliffe. Why is one contentious and nobody mentions the other?
In 1900, the estimated population of Palestine was around 578,000. This figure includes both Jewish and Arab populations.
What was the conflict then?
A 1914 estimate placed the population of Palestine at approximately 690,000, with Jews comprising only 8% of the total.
Mandatory Palestine was thereDuane 3NE 2NR wrote:^ 1 million dunums of land is 386sq miles
Israel occupies 8,800sq miles including the Golan Heights.
I also don't see how it was a problem, let alone an imperfect one.
Palestine was there.
You think Ukraine or Essiquibo is a problem?

I know you know there was never a state called Palestine

So they sold their houses to acquire refugee status and move to refugee camps in gaza and west bank ?Dizzy28 wrote:Duane 3NE 2NR wrote:Dizzy28 wrote:Because they were certain they would drive the Jews to the sea.Duane 3NE 2NR wrote:Dizzy28 wrote:You are right. Arabs were the majority but they were not widespread across the entire area of Mandatory Palestinian.
Jews also didn't grab land. They legally bought it prior to the founding of Israel.
The 1947 partition was done along the lines where the Jews and Arab lived and was the most perfect solution to an imperfect problem.

Yes, arab Islamist extremists fooled Palestinians into thinking that they have rights to land they and their forefathers lived in, for hundreds of years and thousands of generations, some of whom have lineage to the actual biblical Isrealites, amalek , canaanites and filistines , but the European descendants from khazar region who have little if any genetic link to Arab jews, far less the lineage of Jacob, who began migration since the Balfour declaration, don't have a valid claim to the country.meccalli wrote:Duane 3NE 2NR wrote:Timeline transcript:

How can you ever have peace when the value of children's lives are secondary to the greater cause, that the land will not be liberated until it is saturated with the blood of it's sons.
Radical islamic leaders have duped it's inhabitants, using false nationalism and religious persuasion to reject collaboration with the most innovative people in the region, their neighbours to achieve prosperity and peace, to destroy themselves by hate.
You ignored the map I posted showing land ownership. A vast majority of land in Mandatory Palestine belonged to neither Jews nor Arabs. The partition was done with those lands forming the core of the two new states.Duane 3NE 2NR wrote:Dizzy28 wrote:Mandatory Palestine was thereDuane 3NE 2NR wrote:^ 1 million dunums of land is 386sq miles

I posted aggression and retaliation from both sides in 1947

At least CNN is honest enough to not wholesale run with Paliganda.
Anyhows there is drone footage of Hamas gunmen shooting the Gazans. I'll leave you to go find it since you pike digging up stuff.
But you know what you wouldn't find??
Videos of Israeli tanks firing in the Gazans
Why would they do that when we know if they did you and Duane would be here posting about supposed Israeli war crimes.sMASH wrote:One would think Isreal could actually take out that gunman , and earn some global brownie points for actually defending the civilians.Dizzy28 wrote:I know this is probably hard for you to belive but Hamas lies and Hamas has a benefit in not allowing Gazans to get aid. Two persons were killed last week in DC by a deranged gunman and today Pro Palis firebombed a march for the Hostages in Colorado. These l"fine details" will kill more and more people as the unhinged seem to cling to the Palestinian Movement.
