This is common knowledge sir. It's the same reason why we now have online purchase tax.

The tiny group made up of products of inbreeding instructed their PNM slaves to discourage the people from wanting and exercising their right to access alternatives, and it failed miserably. We still buying online, because even with OPT charged to your purchases oftentimes it still cheaper than buying from a local that importing the same items to resell.

Either way thanks for the feedback not looking for donations, worked with the banking sector for some years via external company. It's not a SCAM its actually one of the main reasons and the general public dies not know about.
