Isreal did not agree to it and would be continuing with the 'generals plan'.

She was carrying water into the rubble she was living in, the camera was set up on the opposite side of the road , u saw her waking awy from the camera then dust and smoke.
When it cleared u saw the rubble and what looked like her top mixed into the rubble.

People knew the girl cause her whole family was killed, and she lived alone.

They had to know the girl was alone the last remaining of the family. saw her routine of movement , but didn't kill her . Found a spot to set up the camera where she would not see.
