nope had a problem with the left one a while aback but that seemed to stop by it self

last week friday I did an underwash and bodywash and Saturday morning both started fogging up

mind you this is not the first time that I did an underwash and bodywash

but the first time that the lights fogged up like this

What would be the best make of lowering springs to get for 17" wheels??

And how much would be best to lower the car with 17" wheels?? I dont want to slam the car either. From what i have gathered Tein may be better but im not sure and from what i have read if you lower the car by more than 40mm then you will need to replace the shocks aswell, is that true?
I just want a smooth ride and just a lil bit of dropped look

Here's a pic of my car
Image

Here in mi city(Dominican Republic) the road is very very very bad.

Help please
