But goal # 2 & 3 were madddd :|

From CNN http://edition.cnn.com/2008/SPORT/footb ... index.html
The Dutch were fortunate to take a 26th-minute lead after Ruud van Nistelrooy turned in Giovanni van Bronckhorst's effort despite looking clearly in an offside position.

From BBC
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/footbal ... 363339.stm
Ruud van Nistelrooy put the Dutch ahead in controversial circumstances after 26 minutes when he scored from close range - but looked suspiciously offside.

From ITV
http://www.itv.com/Sport/football/Euro2 ... fault.html
The Dutch were lucky to take a 26th-minute lead after Ruud van Nistelrooy turned in Giovanni van Bronckhorst's effort from an offside position.

However I see the refs. reasoning
"If a defending player steps behind his own goal line in order to place an opponent in an offside
position, the referee shall allow play to continue and caution the defender for deliberately
leaving the field of play without the referee’s permission when the ball is next out of play."

But I can't see that Panucci stepping off the field of play in order to play Van Nistelrooy offside...cause as we can clearly see him down and out of the play.
