His reward for a lifetime of creativity? The prized (to everyone but Tesla) Edison Medal! A real slap in the face after all the verbal abuse Tesla took from Edison.

I find that was another slap in the face. Not the Bowie thing. But they indirectly associated him with fiction. A machine that duplicates? I'm sure a lot of people now believe he wasn't much of a scientist because of that, some might even think he WAS fiction.

On one of this band's early album (early 90's) on the cd sleeve they had a mini biography about Nikola and how history failed to credit this genius....was the first time i heard about him.
