rough idle and white smoke on mornings

need some advise, I have ah mazda b2500 jus approaching 100000k. it starts easy in the morning but i get ah rough idle and white smoke from the exaust. This last for ah few seconds and goes back to normal. I have recently changed timing belt, diesel filter and cleaned the strainer but problem still persists. also there is little or no water loss from the radiator.

need some advise to help rectify please.

glow plugs need changing.....

Much thanks man. i have an appointment with the mechanic this afternoon who suggested the samething. will post ah comment on the results.

True i had the same problem.

problem solved. true and in fact there was a glow plug that was bad, it was replaced and the van started this morning normal, no smoke and smooth idle.
