would local law enforcement even bother?
also, would photographic evidence hold up in court?
unlikely our hero will make jail, especially if he shows 'remorse' before a magistrate

I don't advocate the violence. Just let it be known---> locally, regionally, internationally...the fallout will be more damaging than any physical act will ever be.

I wouldn't doubt it, especially in a country where the magistrate probably has some turtle meat in his freezer home :lol:

i hate to say it but i think in a case like this, using media like Inshan and Ian Allen might be the best way to deal with this guy; primarily as a source of embarrassment for him, and education for those ignorant bunches that don't think there's anything wrong with sitting on the back of the turtle. As noted before, it's unlikely that these pictures would hold up in court. Hell, he could say the turtle was dead when he got there and decided to take a picture of him on it's back.

The background of the photo where he is standing in the light blue scrubs is from SFGH.

Some turtle die beacuse they swallow and choke on plastic bags mistaken for jellyfish, so many people just throw stuff into the sea as if there is some thrash compactor or incinerator in the middle of the ocean that gets rid of all the rubbish.
