not to go off topic... but in the UK, they charge drivers for damages to state property.

That's right and in light iof bobby's family having to pay $.5 mill I'd think someone from the imberts camp would be visiting this family.

article in the express today http://www.trinidadexpress.com/index.pl/article_news?id=161553569

A BRAND manager at LJ Williams was killed in a car crash yesterday morning, after he is believed to have fallen asleep at the wheel of his vehicle.

Richard Bissoon, 35, died when his car crashed into a light pole near the Guayamare River. The accident occurred around 1 a.m.

Bissoon was at the time driving south along the Uriah Butler Highway on his way to his family’s Chaguanas home.

He was the father of a five-year-old girl, Kareena, his mother, Thecla, said during a telephone interview yesterday.

’He was a very particular driver, he didn’t take chances, he was a good driver and dedicated father,’ Theda said of her son.

Bissoon was at the time coming from an event where he was promoting products his company offered.

Ann-Marie David, the Human Resource Manager of LJ Williams, yesterday lauded Bissoon as a hard-working, dedicated employee.

Bissoon worked at the company for the past seven years and was a brand manager for the last two years.

’All the employees were traumatised by this incident, he was a very passionate and dedicated worker,’ David said.

Investigations are continuing.

its always difficult to understand why death chooses who it does when it does, but we must all find comfort in knowing that we were not meant to know all and understand all. and no matter how difficult it may seem at first, it will all seem that much clearer in the end.

this life is the beginning... not the end.
