Last night on my way home on the southbound lane of the Solomon Hochoy Highway upon approaching Gasparillo flyover only to realise someone's headlights facing my direction heading towards me, slowed down, told the driver "aye you going the wrong way" the man ent study me continue on he merry way like he doh really care, is like what ever happen happen....
Called the police and was told they already dispatched officers to the scene already....
I feel he thought he was in the states or something, believe me if I was in my B13 it could have been worse...
