Does anyone have concrete answers as in a "why", or a definitive answer on the situation with this project , rather than the 2 lined rubbish posted here, their facebook page added more photos up to the 14th Nov???

Nice pics, plenty land.

But they planning to put down the whole enchilada ? Circuit, parking, drag, dex, karting, etc ?

I would assume they will also try to build an area to cater to motorcross and similar disciplines. That is at least a TT$100MM project. I would say 1yr minimum to 2yrs (local time) to finish a drag strip, pits, entrance, stands from where it looks so far.... quarter of the budget for a full facility. The company has access to that kind of funding ?

Maybe for total completion if budget is secured that time frame is right.

Wasn't it state though that this would be done in phases with the drag strip with basic falities completed first and the land prepared for the rest?

That is fast movements taking place, I hope with the support of everyone those dudes get the returns on the investment to make sure that it remains as a automotive sporting facility.
