1998 Evo IV has a 4g63t engine...this engine is also found in the Eclipse and a few Galants, would the same clutch work in both...thanks

Wrong. The Engine found in eclipse, galant is same that is foind in evo 1-3. I do believe evo 4 will carry same clutch as 5 and 6.

I would have this verified, I know someone with an evo IV who actually toock the clutch setup from a VI and couldn't use it for some reason. I'll call him and post his response soon.

Evo 1-2-3 carry 230mm clutch

Evo 4-5-6 carry 240mm clutch. The pressure plate on the 4 carries a different part number to the 5-6
